I believe we are mind, body and soul – but also emotions. Consequently, I believe in dealing with people holistically as a whole person, rather than just as separate parts. And in dealing with our emotions!
Counselling can empower you as an individual to bring your life back into balance. I saw the difference when I saw a counsellor to help me deal with difficult times in my own life, and have witnessed many others benefit enormously too.
